Promo codes
If you take advantage of a money off discount code, this is only applicable at time of purchase and only one discount code can be used for each purchase. In addition, any special promotional offers made available on this website cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or voucher-based discounts.
Descriptions and prices of products

Specifications and colours
A name given to a product is not necessarily representative of the colour. If you have a specific requirement or are unsure as to the exact colour, please e-mail us for assistance before purchasing.
Wood is a natural product and therefore will carry minor imperfections and characteristics including grain, colour variation and knots. these characteristics are not classed as manufacturing defects.
Purchase process
Acceptance of order by the customer
Once you take delivery of your order you have 14 days to let us know whether the item is as it should be, and everything is present. After this time, it will be accepted that you agree that all the items/parts of the order are present. In the case of courier damage, we would ask you to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Delivery and returns
We send all items with Royal Mail, There are two options at checkout for customers, either, standard second class (Not tracked) or special delivery guaranteed (Fully tracked/express), within the UK. We aim to process your order in approximately 5 business days of receiving it. This is an approximate time and delays may happen during peak periods.
While standard shipping via Royal Mail 48 or 2nd class provides an estimated delivery time of 48 hours, please note that it may take up to 10 working days to arrive. For a fully tracked service with a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend selecting our upgraded tracked/express postage service.
All international orders are sent fully tracked with Royal Mail International. Delivery time varies per country.
PLEASE NOTE: you are fully responsible for custom charges if they are incurred.
In the event that items are returned without prior agreement, we regret to inform you that the postage fees will not be refunded. This includes instances where an item is returned due to unpaid custom charges.
Please be advised that all return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We will check your order upon receipt and we reserve the right to cancel the order for any reason. We will notify you in such cases.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order by following the returns process below:
The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original pouch or box provided. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer. Please be advised that all return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Please pack returned goods with care and send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent postal service, which provides adequate insurance to cover the value of the item and requires a signature on receipt. It is imperative that you use the correct postal service when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us that are lost in transit. Please be advised that all return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We hope your purchase reaches you in perfect condition, however if the items are damaged in transit, or are faulty please contact us immediately so we can advise you what to do. Please retain the original packaging as you may be asked to return this with the items to us.
Before returning your items, please email us at Ashley@popsanddudes.com with the following information.
- Your order number
- A photograph of the item which is damaged
- A photograph of the damaged packaging if this is the case
On receiving the parcel we will carefully examine the returned goods. If the goods are faulty or an incorrect item has been supplied or they have been damaged in transit, we will replace the item or refund the cost, including postage, provided you have notified us within 30 days from date of purchase.
Special orders and engraving
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items which have been personalised. For example, items which has been engraved, or has been commissioned by you cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Altered items
We do not accept returns of any items which have been altered in any way after the date of purchase. Nor do we accept responsibility for damage or injury caused by our goods if they have been altered in any way after the date of purchase or used incorrectly.
Your right to cancel your order
We greatly appreciate it if you would notify us immediately by e-mail if you decide to cancel your order. Please ensure you quote your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
At Christmas time you have 30 days to notify us if you want to return a gift. You may return a gift until the 26th of January. This applies to non-personalised items only.
Safety
All our products conform to the relevant safety standards as required by the UK and European safety regulators. Where required, products will be marked with the relevant safety standard. As baby teethers are classified as toys, they have been tested to the standards EN71-1, 2 and 3 (mechanical and physical properties, flammability and migration of certain elements) by an independent testing house in the UK. Dummy clips have their own safety standards, set out in the soother holder standard BSEN12586. Our dummy clips have been made and tested to these standards by a UKAS accredited testing house. Weaning items have been tested to and comply with the BSEN14372:2004 - Child use and care articles-Cutlery and feeding utensils.

The website is controlled and monitored by us and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
