Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Our current processing time is 3–5 working days before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

We ship within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, with delivery options shown at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur within the postal system.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £35.
This is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated.

We ship to selected international destinations only.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked services.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and may be subject to customs processing delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.

We do not currently ship to the European Union.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or international postal services.
