Attachments Included

Your charm arrives with all three attachment options, so you can choose how you'd like to use it.

• Phone Tether – Place the phone tether inside your phone case and clip the chunky O-ring onto it. Phone tethers are available in black or transparent and will be sent at random unless a specific colour is requested. If you require a particular colour, please add this to the personalisation box when ordering.

• Phone Charm Attachment – Designed for phones with small lanyard holes. Simply thread the attachment through your phone, then clip the chunky O-ring onto the small silver loop. The phone charm attachment will be chosen in a complementary colour to suit your selected rope colour.

• Chunky O-Ring – Your charm arrives with the chunky O-ring already attached, making it quick and easy to clip onto the phone tether, phone charm attachment, bags, keys or backpacks.

• The phone tether and phone charm attachment are supplied loose in the packaging, allowing you to choose how you'd like to use your charm.

We stock a wide range of colours including blue, green, pink, purple, orange, red, black, brown, yellow, and white.

All colour combinations are selected to create a balanced mix. If there are any colours you would prefer not to have included, please let us know in the customisation box and we will do our best to accommodate.

You can also select a colour theme (Girl, Boy, or Unisex), and we will choose a coordinated combination within that range.

Typically:

• Girl mixes will not include brown or black

• Boy mixes will not include pink or purple

• Unisex mixes may include any available colours

Each piece is made to order using available stock, so exact colour placement cannot be guaranteed.

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Shipping

We ship to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) and selected international destinations.

UK delivery options (selected at checkout):

. Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
. Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
. Free Tracked 48 delivery on UK orders over £35

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

As all teethers are personalised and made to order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ashley@popsanddudes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
