Customisation is available using standard A–Z English alphabet letters only. Special characters are not supported.

Please ensure all spelling is correct, as we will replicate it exactly as provided.

Design size may appear smaller with longer names.

Please note that some letters may vary in appearance due to font styling (for example, the capital “A” appears in a lowercase style within this font).

Please make sure you are happy with the font style and double-check the lettering before placing your order, as personalised items cannot be changed once made.

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Shipping

We ship to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) and selected international destinations.

UK delivery options (selected at checkout):

. Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
. Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
. Free Tracked 48 delivery on UK orders over £35

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

As all teethers are personalised and made to order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ashley@popsanddudes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
