How to personalise your sunglasses

  Add your chosen name using standard A–Z letters only

  Select your frame colour

  Choose your letter bead style (black & white, gold or rainbow)

  Add an optional heart bead to complement your design
  
• 
  Select between 1–5 colours from the colour chart
  

If “multi colours” is selected, a mixed colour arrangement will be chosen to complement the sunglasses.

Heart beads will be placed at the beginning or end of the name, depending on the overall design.

Double-barrelled names will include a heart bead to separate the name.

Special characters are not available.

Each pair is made to order, so please ensure all spelling is correct when submitting your personalisation.

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

We ship to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) and selected international destinations.

UK delivery options (selected at checkout):

. Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
. Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
. Free Tracked 48 delivery on UK orders over £35

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

As all teethers are personalised and made to order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ashley@popsanddudes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
