Personalised Cotton Drawstring Gift Bags

Please be aware that due to the way in which cotton yarn is produced, occasional flecks of coloured thread may be seen in the finished cloth following the weaving process.

Personalise both items with a name using standard A–Z English alphabet letters only. Special characters are not supported.

Please ensure all spelling is correct, as we will replicate it exactly as provided.

Please ensure you are happy with how your name appears in the font shown in the product images, as certain letters may vary slightly due to the font style used.

All names will be 12 cm in width.
Longer names will appear shorter in height, while shorter names will appear larger in height. Heights will vary depending on the name, but all widths will remain 12 cm.

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

We ship to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) and selected international destinations.

UK delivery options (selected at checkout):

. Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
. Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
. Free Tracked 48 delivery on UK orders over £35

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

As all teethers are personalised and made to order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ashley@popsanddudes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
