For your child's safety

Warning!

Before each use check the soother holder carefully.
Throw away at the first sign of damage or weakness.
Never lengthen the soother holder!
Never attach to cords, ribbons, laces or loose parts of clothing. The
child can be strangled.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Please ensure your soother holder is attached to an item of the child's clothing.
Please remove the soother holder when the child is in a cot, bed or crib.
The soother holder is not a toy or a teether.
Please ensure that the child does not chew on the soother holder.
The soother holder can be gently washed in warm soapy water and left to
air dry.
Do not sterilise the soother holder or use any other cleaning solutions, sprays
or essential oils.
Do not store the product in direct sunlight, as this may cause damage to
the product.

Natural beech wood and 100% food-grade silicone beads.

The silicone is free from BPA, phthalates, lead, mercury, latex and cadmium.

Each piece is handmade to order and personalised with your chosen name.

Please enter a single name in the customisation box.

We offer customisation with a single name using standard A–Z letters only.

Special characters, numbers, and double-barrelled names are not available.

To comply with safety standards, the finished dummy clip must not exceed 22cm in length.

For longer names, adjustments to bead placement or design may be required.

Each dummy clip is finished with a wooden safety bead, designed to secure the cord and prevent beads from slipping. This bead is selected to complement the overall design and may vary slightly in colour.

Please ensure all spelling is correct when submitting your personalisation.

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

We ship to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) and selected international destinations.

UK delivery options (selected at checkout):

. Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
. Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
. Free Tracked 48 delivery on UK orders over £35

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

As all teethers are personalised and made to order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ashley@popsanddudes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
