.Retro rope bag charms are made using acrylic beads and retro-style rope.

Names with 5 letters or fewer can include end beads — please request this in the customisation box if required.

Names with 6 letters or more cannot include end beads due to space limitations.

Select your preferred rope colour and letter colours from the dropdown menus. Letter colours will be chosen to best suit your selection.

We stock a wide range of colours including blue, green, pink, purple, orange, red, black, brown, yellow, and white.

All colour combinations are carefully selected to create a balanced mix. If there are any colours you’d prefer us to avoid, or any you’d particularly like included, simply let us know in the customisation box and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

You can also select a colour theme (Girl, Boy, or Unisex), and we will choose a coordinated combination within that range.

Typically:

• Girl mixes will not include brown or black

• Boy mixes will not include pink or purple

• Unisex mixes may include any available colours

Each piece is made to order using available stock, so exact colour placement cannot be guaranteed.

Processing Time

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Shipping

We ship to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) and selected international destinations.

UK delivery options (selected at checkout):

. Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
. Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
. Free Tracked 48 delivery on UK orders over £35

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

As all teethers are personalised and made to order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ashley@popsanddudes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
