Made using silicone beads and natural wood beads, with nylon cord and keyring or clip hardware.

Please enter a single name in the customisation box.

We offer customisation with a single name using standard A–Z English letters only. Special characters are not supported.

Double-barrelled names are not permitted.

Alphabet beads measure approximately 12–15mm, with novelty beads being larger. Please be aware that longer names will result in larger keyrings, so we recommend keeping names as short as possible.

Please ensure all spelling is correct, as your item will be made exactly as provided.

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

We ship to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) and selected international destinations.

UK delivery options (selected at checkout):

. Royal Mail Tracked 48 – usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
. Royal Mail Tracked 24 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch
. Free Tracked 48 delivery on UK orders over £35

International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Returns

As all teethers are personalised and made to order, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned if opened or used unless faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ashley@popsanddudes.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
